Boilerplate Liquid Test Motor

This boilerplate motor allows the experimenter to develop fuels, injectors,
nozzles, liners, feed systems, test stands and numerous other facets of
liquid technology using an inexpensive and robust platform. Very stout
4 point hold down, bayonet chamber installation, includes one pressure
port with plenty of room for additional ports. Stainless steel chamber
and cast aluminum base/hold down.

Choice of Propellants and burn duration determine extent of ablative material and thrust producible with an adquate L* for the propellant combination and ratio.
Concentric injector is standard; propellants and mixture ratio must be specified for exact sizing or blanks can be provided.
Throat size and material for nozzle must be specified.
Oxidizing combustion products require LORODE (tm) Cermet nozzle for burn durations over 5 seconds. Graphite is used for runs up to 50 seconds. Longer or higher temperature combustion may require Tungsten.
